Shutdown & Maintenance Division

Our Shutdown & Maintenance Division specialises in the field of recruiting, planning, co-ordination and safety management of all facets of industry and shutdown programs. Our goal is to minimise the amount of client headaches by the implementation of a quality controlled program to assist in the smooth running of all shutdown and maintenance contracts, regardless of size.

Co-ordinator
This person will be responsible for the running and co-ordination of all personnel involved in the shutdowns both on and off site.

Recruitment
Co-ordinate the recruitment of all trades and labour required and provide up to date recruitment schedules required for the planning process.

Logistics
Organise the mobilization and de-mobilization of all personnel, all transport arrangements, accommodation, PPE, personal tools etc prior to the shutdown.

Induction
Arrange Generic inductions and organise site specific inductions for all personnel.

Safety
Where appropriate, organise a safety advisor to manage and co- ordinate the shutdown in a safe and appropriate manner.

Employees Relations Support
Maintain a healthy working relationship between employee and employer.

Post Shutdown Evaluation
This procedure is completed after the shutdown has finished, but before the final report is submitted.
